The CTCS Editor is a simple yet powerful client-side text editor and content managment software built for small Web sites. This software allows the user to edit nearly all of the text on any small Web site without needing to incur the costs of using an SQL/MySQL based content managment system. This can be integrated into almost any Web site with static content. The software also allows the user to set certian settings on their Web site to control elements like the amount of text sections on the site, rotating images, ads, and more.
